Dora Sanders Hill: Dora Sanders Hill has been an Executive Chef for more than 30 years. Her past list of clients reads like a "Who's Who in Indianapolis List". From her early days of working for the late James L. Kittle Sr. and Allen W. Clowes, to preparing meals for NBA greats such as Chris Mullen, Reggie Miller, to feeding well known CEO's, cooking for very promenent Indianapolis families and Government Officials...The list goes on and on. Food has always been her passion. She has catered countless events, weddings, and banquets...And is well known for her parties and family gathering. Now Dora will be sharing her expertise with you through the Classic Home Cooking, cooking classes. She has an extensive knowledge of special diets including, diabetic, low carb, vegetarian, low fat, low sodium and organic. She is reknowned for her cakes, pies and desserts. While her favorite style of cooking is "Classic with a modern flair" she also can prepare a variety of Gourmet, Southern/Soul food, Asian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Latin American dishes as well.
